Before the participant can walk on the bridge or along the lake, the sea or wherever you chose as the horizon rises before the sun, you are given two exercises building up for the performance:
- train the walking with a weight balancing on the head
- create a sculpture with a material of your choice. One only material that by it’s qualities “tells” the “artist” how to be shaped to a bigger form to be balanced on your head, like plaiting, knotting or whatever the qualities of the material presents. No glue og other material should be added.
During the meetings with participants new information comes inn:
